2001年米国永住権を取得し、現在のフランクリンワイヤレスを創業。その後通信系ベンチャー、モバイルアプリケーションの開発会社等数社を創業し、リバースマージによりフランクリンワイヤレスとアクセステルの２社を米国市場で株式公開させる。 アクセステルでは開発受託事業により売り上げや利益を飛躍的に拡大させ、就任後約半年で株式をOTC市場にて公開させることに成功。 インド、パキスタン、ベネズエラ、ナイジェリアなどの新興市場を開拓し、携帯電話網を活用した家庭用電話市場で大きなマーケットシェアを獲得。代表取締役在任中にEBITを70％改善、また企業価値を約10倍に拡大させた。数度の資金調達を成功裏に終了させ、OTC市場での株式公開後、18ヵ月で米AMEX（アメリカンストックエクスチェンジ）への市場変更を達成。
2012年にはChalk Media Holdings株式会社の創業に参画。モバイル広告分野にて全く新しいコンセプトのプラットフォームを開発し、商用サービスを開始した。現在はインターナショナル部門の代表として、日本を始めアジアや欧州での事業拡大を進めている。

CRAIG M. HAGOPIAN: General Partner
Mr. Hagopian is a seasoned veteran with 20+ years of high tech sales and marketing experience. He brings a unique set of capabilities to solving market driven strategies having originated multiple industry first consumer services, developed innovative enterprise channel partnerships and authored market entry plans in emerging growth industries.
His combined executive management tenures with xAd (mobile advertising), V-Enable (voice search), Axesstel (wireless terminals), EPSON America (imaging and PC hardware), SkyTel (mobile data and messaging) and AIR2LAN (broadband Internet services) will serve Bernardo International’s broad customer and client base having worked in computer, wireless, advertising and Internet industries with full profit and loss responsibilities as well as turn-around, start-up, and fund-raising experience.
Mr. Hagopian is a patent holder, noted industry speaker and contributing author to numerous industry publications as well as an Entrepreneur in Residence with the San Diego CONNECT organization where he advises local start-up companies on successful entry strategies. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California with a dual emphasis in Financial Management and Entrepreneurship and an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
Rob Schroth: General Partner
Rob Schroth grew up in San Diego, California until he left to attend college in Northern California. While working for his degree in English at Humboldt State University, Rob worked at Bayside Drywall. After graduation in 1992, he moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming where he worked at the ski resort in the Carpentry Department by day and in restaurant jobs at night.
Desiring an intellectual challenge, Rob left the beautiful Jackson Hole area to return to San Diego to attend law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1997. While in law school, he gained valuable experience clerking for his father Bob, until he graduated in 2000.
Rob Schroth was admitted to practice law in the State of California in May 2001. He then took and passed the Wyoming Bar Exam and was admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of Wyoming in January 2002. He is currently licensed to practice law in all courts of the States of Wyoming and the State of California , as well as the United States District Court, District of Wyoming, Southern District of California, Central District of California, and Eastern District of California. He is also admitted to practice law before the general bar of of the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits.
Recently, he successfully brought two class action lawsuits in the State of Florida. In 2001, he was appointed to the Criminal Justice Act Material Witness Panel (“CJA Panel”) for the Southern District of California, and has continued to serve as a member of that panel to the present date.

JAI BHAGAT: EVP
Mr. Jai Bhagat is a long time pioneer in wireless communications.
Since August 2003, he has been a Director and Vice Chairman of Axesstel, Inc. (AMEX: AFT), a developer of fixed-wireless voice and data products for the worldwide telecommunications market.
In 2000, he founded AIR2LAN, a broadband service provider that was merged with US Wireless OnLine in 2005.
Previously, he was a co-founder of SkyTel Communications, Inc., where he served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer prior to SkyTel's merger with MCI. Mr. Bhagat also served as Chairman of the License Exempt sector of the Wireless Communications Association International (WCA) trade association, which represents the broadband wireless industry.
He has served as Chairman and a board member of both the Personal Communications Industry Association (PCIA) and American Mobile Satellite Corporation.
In addition, Mr. Bhagat has served as a board member or chairman of several wireless communications based companies, and was inducted into the RCR Wireless Hall of Fame in 2002 for his significant contributions to the wireless industry.
Past industry awards include the PCIA Chairman's Award, the Radio Club Sarnoff Citation, PCIA’s Technology and Innovation of the Year, and RCR's Personality of the Year.
Mr. Bhagat received an M.S.in Electrical.Engineering from Howard University, a B.S. in electrical engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India, and completed the Executive Management program at Stanford University
